First off, in full transparency, the Group Page is a Team feature. But if you care about efficiency and making your people’s lives easier—it’s worth the spring. Plus, the Team plan gives you other game-changing features such as managers and recurring payments.
Second, the Group Page recently received a major facelift putting lots of new functionality at your fingertips to give you more control over what appears on your page.
Why you need a Group Page
If your group could benefit from time savings and organization, you should consider a Group Page. More specifically, it will:
Save you time.
Instead of constantly having to share multiple different URLs or needing to swap out URLs on your website, with a Group Page, your community always knows where to go.
Save your community time.
You know what it’s like to search through a busting inbox looking for that one thing you’re supposed to pay for asap?! The one-stop, always-there Group Page prevents this!
Brand your group.
Want a light-weight landing page for your group, where you can add your logo and other pertinent information? That’s your Group Page.
Put it all out there.
Nothing makes your group more organized and buttoned up than a single stop for all those “plan-ahead” community members. If someone wants to know what’s happening next month…just tell them to check out the Group Page.
Group Page Features
Creating your Group Page is fun and easy. Similar to creating a collection on Cheddar Up, the user interface is intuitive, making it simple to create a customized web page in a matter of minutes.
Customize your banner
Now you can customize the banner that appears at the top of your Group Page, with options to add an image or logo, tagline, URL and even social media links.
Add any and all collections to your Group Page. You’re in total control.
Organize and preview your page
Re-order and even categorize your collections to help your community find what they’re looking for with ease. Click “Preview” to check out your Group Page as you’re creating it, in real time.
Share your page
Simply copy your Group Page URL – with the option to customize it! – and share it with your community via any of your communication channels.
